Billing details necessary to process payments, handled securely by our payment provider (Paddle). We do not store full payment details such as credit card numbers.

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience, analyze website usage, and understand traffic patterns. This may include first-party and third-party cookies.

2.6 Platform Activity Data

We may record actions performed within the platform to monitor performance, improve functionality, and ensure system reliability.

2.7 Telegram Message Handling

Our application may process messages sent to bots built using our platform in order to deliver the Service. We process such data only as necessary to provide the Service and do not use it for our own independent purposes. 3. Google API Data Usage

TeleGo.io integrates with Google APIs to provide scheduling and booking functionality.

When you connect your Google account, we may access Google Calendar data, including:

  • retrieving the list of calendars
  • checking availability (free/busy time)
  • creating and updating calendar events when bookings are made or rescheduled

We do not access or store full event details such as titles or descriptions.

We use this data solely to provide the functionality of the Service.

We do not sell, share, or use Google user data for advertising purposes.

All use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Users can revoke access to their Google data at any time via their Google account settings or within TeleGo workspace settings.

3.1 AI Services

TeleGo.io may use third-party AI providers to generate responses and automate interactions within the Service.

We currently use:

  • OpenAI (GPT models)
  • Google Gemini (Google AI)

User input may be sent to these services solely to generate responses as part of the Service functionality.

We do not use this data for advertising purposes and do not sell it to third parties.

4. How We Use Your Information

4.1 To provide and maintain the Service

Including creating and managing accounts, enabling bot functionality, and ensuring proper operation of the platform.
