Terms of Service

Read the terms and conditions for using the TeleGo platform.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether as an individual or on behalf of an entity ("you", "user") and TeleGo.io ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the TeleGo.io platform and related services (collectively, the "Service").

The Service provides a no-code platform for building and managing Telegram bots ("Bot Builder Platform").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

We will update the "Last updated" date of these Terms when changes are made. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Independent Service Status

TeleGo is an independent service provider and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Telegram FZ-LLC, Telegram Messenger Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, "Telegram").

The Service allows users to create bots that operate on the Telegram platform through Telegram's Bot API. Any bot created using our Service is a third-party application that interfaces with Telegram, and you acknowledge that:

a) Your association with Telegram is exclusively as a user of their services and as an independent entity, functioning as an independent third-party developer.

b) These Terms of Service and your use of our Service do not establish any form of agency, partnership, employment or joint venture between you and Telegram.

c) You must not represent yourself or your bots as being affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with Telegram.

d) Any bot you create must comply with Telegram's Terms of Service, Telegram Bot Platform Developer Terms of Service, and Telegram Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility

By using the Service, you represent that:

a) You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

b) You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

c) You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws.

d) You are not on any list of individuals or entities prohibited from conducting business.

e) You have not been previously suspended or removed from the Service.

4. Account Registration

You may be required to register with the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Service Description

Our Service provides a no-code visual builder that allows you to create, configure, and deploy Telegram bots without writing code. Features include:

  • Visual bot-building interface
  • Integration with Telegram Bot API
  • Bot hosting and management tools
  • Analytics and performance tracking

Service Limitations:

Service limitations, including usage limits and quotas, are defined by your subscription plan and are available on our pricing page.

6. AI Features

The Service may include features powered by artificial intelligence ("AI Features").

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
  • AI outputs are generated automatically and do not constitute professional advice
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and using any AI-generated content

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

You agree not to rely on AI Features for decisions that could result in legal, financial, or other significant consequences.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, source code, databases, design, software, and underlying technology, is owned by TeleGo, our licensors, or other providers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

User Content

You retain all ownership rights to:

  • The bots you create using our Service
  • Any content, data, or information you upload to configure your bots ("User Content")
  • Any intellectual property you own

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that:  

a) You own all rights to your User Content or have permission to use it.

b) Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.

c) Your bots comply with all applicable laws and Telegram's policies.

8. Bot Compliance and User Responsibilities

8.1. Compliance with Telegram Terms

You agree that any bot created using our Service must comply with:

a) Telegram Terms of Service.

b) Telegram Bot Platform Developer Terms of Service.

c) Telegram Privacy Policy.

d) Telegram API Terms of Service.

8.2. Prohibited Bot Behaviors

You are strictly prohibited from creating bots that:

a) Engage in scraping, indexing, harvesting, aggregation of Telegram data.

b) Train, fine-tune, validate or develop AI/ML models using Telegram data without explicit user consent.

c) Violate user privacy or Telegram's data protection requirements.

d) Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities.

e) Promote illegal activities or content.

f) Harass, abuse, or harm others.

g) Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

8.3. Developer Obligations

As a bot developer using our Service, you agree to:

a) Provide a privacy policy for your bots that complies with applicable laws.

b) Handle user data securely and implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

c) Delete user data upon request or when no longer necessary.

d) Promptly address any data breaches.

e) Not attempt to deceive users about data collection practices.

8.4. Independent Developer Status

You acknowledge and agree that:

a) You are an independent third-party developer, not an agent, employee, or partner of Telegram.

b) You are solely responsible for your bots and for all interactions, content, and data processed through your bots, including any communications with end users.

c) Telegram may terminate, suspend, or restrict your bots at any time.

d) You must not represent your bots as official or endorsed by Telegram.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

9.1. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make it available.

As a user of the Service, you agree not to:

a) Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Service to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission.

b) Make any unauthorized use of the Service, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email.

c) Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features.

d) Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Service.

e) Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users.

f) Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Service.

g) Use the Service in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

h) Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to create accounts.

i) Sell or transfer your profile.

j) Use any information obtained from the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

k) Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Service.

9.2. Content Standards

These content standards apply to any and all User Content and use of the Service. User Content must not:

a) Contain material that is defamatory, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable.

b) Promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination.

c) Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.

d) Violate the legal rights of others or contain material that could give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10. Subscriptions and Payment

10.1. Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans for the Service. Details of current plans are available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

10.2. Payment Terms

a) All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

b) Unless required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable.

c) Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

d) Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider (e.g., Paddle). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of the payment provider.

e) You authorize our payment provider to charge the applicable fees for your subscription.

10.3. Free Trial

We may offer free trials. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the end of the trial period.

10.4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are a user from the European Union, United Kingdom, or other regions with data protection laws, you acknowledge that we may transfer your personal data to countries outside your jurisdiction, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Third-Party Services

12.1. Telegram Integration

The Service integrates with Telegram's Bot API. Your use of Telegram's platform is subject to Telegram's terms and policies. We are not responsible for:

a) Any changes to Telegram's API that affect your bots.

b) Any suspension or termination of your bots by Telegram.

c) Any data handling practices of Telegram.

12.2. Google Services Integration

The Service may integrate with Google services, including Google Calendar, through Google APIs.

By connecting your Google account, you grant us permission to access and process limited Google Calendar data required to provide scheduling functionality.

This includes:

  • retrieving the list of calendars
  • checking availability (free/busy time)
  • creating and updating calendar events when bookings are made or rescheduled

We do not access or store full event details such as titles or descriptions, and we do not use Google user data for advertising or share it with third parties.

Your use of Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You may revoke access to your Google account at any time via your Google account settings or within the TeleGo workspace settings.

12.3. Other Third Parties

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third parties. The Service may use third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI and Google) to deliver certain features.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the Service or contact us to request deletion.

Upon termination:

a) Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

b) We may delete your account and associated data in accordance with applicable law and our data retention practices.

c) You remain responsible for any bots you have deployed.

14. Platform Control and Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

a) You violate these Terms.

b) Your bots violate Telegram policies.

c) Your bots pose a risk to users, the platform, or third parties.

d) Required by law.

We may also disable or remove bots created using the Service without prior notice.

We are not liable for any losses arising from such suspension, restriction, disablement, or removal.

15. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability and performance of the Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors outside our control.

We do not provide any service level agreement (SLA) unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free  
  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable  
  • Any defects or errors will be corrected  

We are not responsible for:

  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content  
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our systems or data  
  • Any interruption or disruption of the Service  
  • Any bugs, viruses, or harmful components transmitted through the Service by third parties

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed the total amount paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not paid for the Service, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of:

a) Your User Content.

b) Your use of the Service.

c) Any breach of these Terms by you.

d) Any violation of Telegram's terms or policies by your bots.

e) Any violation of applicable laws by you or your bots.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith.

20. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date accordingly. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
