How and where do I attach media (images, videos, audio, files) to messages?

Media files in TeleGo are added as cards inside Message Nodes.

How to add media:

1. Open your scenario and click on the Message Node you want to attach media to.
2. In the right-hand settings panel, go to the Cards section.
3. Click Add Card and choose your desired media type:
   • Image: Upload JPG, PNG, or WEBP files.
   • Video: Upload MP4 videos.
   • Audio: Upload voice notes or MP3 files.
   • File / Document: Attach PDFs, ZIP archives, spreadsheets, or documents.
   • Gallery: Create a swipeable carousel of images with descriptions and buttons.
4. Upload the file from your computer or paste an external URL.
5. Click Publish to save and update the bot.

Note: Media cards are only available inside Message Nodes. You will not see media options inside Condition, Action, or AI Agent nodes.
