How do I edit the system prompt and customize AI presets?

You can define system prompts and configure reusable AI presets across your workspace:

Managing AI Presets:

1. Navigate to Workspace Settings → AI Settings → Agent Presets (accessible at /workspace/integrations/ai).
2. Click Create Preset or select an existing preset to edit.
3. Configure the preset parameters:
   • Preset Name: e.g., Friendly Sales Rep or Strict Technical Support.
   • Model: Select your preferred provider and model (e.g., OpenAI GPT-4o, Anthropic Claude 3.5 Sonnet, etc.).
   • System Prompt: Write detailed instructions defining role, language, rules, and guidelines.
   • Temperature: Adjust creativity (lower values like 0.2 for factual support; higher values like 0.7 for creative conversations).
4. Save the preset.
5. In any scenario, click an AI Agent node and simply select your preset from the dropdown to inherit all prompt and model settings.
